第一个项目(定点投篮)就是下面的8个孩子,命中率惨不忍睹,初步估计不超过10%(4人一组开始比赛)输的一方将会受到自杀跑的惩罚

KOBE看着他们投篮估计快郁闷死了

下面这个图上边的腿就是自杀跑的小孩,跑法很简单,四分之一场来回,半场来回,四分之三场来回,全场来回,这样算一次,一共进行3次就好了.

第2个项目(上篮) 上篮前先要做一个投篮的假动作,然后分别从左右2边突破上篮.(不过很搞笑的就是有2个孩子只会左手不会右手,结果动作真的相当难看)

这里开始是一个底线的转身突破,一个小孩竟然不好好上篮要扣,真是不知好歹,结果被KOBE训了一顿,不过他应该觉得很幸福.

随后是2个椅子之间的划步练习,还要坐下后马上站起来

这个孩子因为能力问题,坐下后用手撑起来,被KOBE抓住,教育了一下.
